Aaah....we are feeling kind of proud today! 

We've worked our socks off this year sharing our love of The Közmatık, our humble little aubergine roasting gadget from Turkey.

We are biased of course, but we think it's a bit of a game changer when it comes to roasting vegetables. To be honest, it's not a beautifully hand-crafted object, but it is Turkey at its best with something practical for the kitchen this time. I can't say much more about it really, other than it is simply a genius of an invention!
