We aim to get your order shipped to you within 3-5 working days, however if you require an express delivery please contact us directly here and we are happy to make arrangements for an express delivery.

Methods of Delivery
All orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class post or occasionally by courier service (DHL, TNT, APC, Interlink, Parcel Force) for larger items. As our couriers will require a signature on delivery, if you are not normally at home during the day please supply an alternative address such as your work address, or instructions on where your parcel can be safely left, for example with a neighbour. A card will be left to re-arrange delivery if no one is at home to receive your order.
For international deliveries, Royal Mail works in conjunction with the local postal service of each country.
